Reimagining how people learn β at the intersection of pedagogy, AI, and creative design.
Reimagining how people learn β at the intersection of pedagogy, AI, and creative design.
For five years, I've worked at the intersection of learning and development, learning design, and technology.
My work sits at the intersection of learning sciences, digital learning design, AI-enabled tools, and organisational capability building. I have designed and evaluated self-paced courses, blended learning programmes, faculty and staff development initiatives, learning analytics workflows, and AI-supported learning tools for adult learners and underserved student communities.
I am especially interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, can support more thoughtful, inclusive, and learner-centred education without weakening learner agency, professional judgement, or pedagogical quality.
I don't move learning through a fixed assembly line.
I start by understanding the system around it: the people, culture, goals, constraints, and the real problem behind the brief. Sometimes the answer is a course. Sometimes it is a workshop, a tool, a conversation, a workflow, or a capability-building plan.
From there, the work moves in cycles: understand the need, shape a grounded strategy, build what is useful, test it with real learners, and use evidence to improve the next step.
Design thinking helps me understand people. Learning science grounds the experience. Systems thinking keeps the whole organisation in view, because learning is not just a deliverable. It is part of how people grow, work, and change together.

Finding the real problem behind the brief, aligning stakeholders, and scoping work that protects budget and credibility.
Grounding every solution in how people actually learn, whether that's a course, a workshop, or a capability-building program, and making sure outcomes, activities, and assessment hold together.
Producing learning solutions and measuring their impact with analytics, learner feedback, and real-world testing.
If you're solving an interesting learning problem, I want to hear about it.
